Born and raised in Northern British Columbia, just outside of Dawson Creek, I grew up alongside a small herd and have been capturing them in photographs since day one.

The first time I got in the saddle was at the age of three. After twenty-three years of a sport, a way of life, and a passion- there is nothing I love more.

My goal is to capture the art you experience as you walk down the path of an equestrian. To me, nothing beats the beauty of a horse. Powerful, blissful, gentle and athletic animals that we have developed deep bonds with over centuries. I catch myself flowing into these states of awe when I ride, blown away by the act of communicating with a 1000lbs animal, through slight shifts in my body weight and subtle pressures in my fingertips. That magic is what I strive to capture.

FAQs

Is my work for sale?

Most of my prints are for sale. They’re printed through the highest quality process I’ve found, as fine art prints. Some of collections are limited pieces. My partner and I custom frame the prints by hand if you prefer. I’ll include a gallery of past pieces down below. All prints are signed.

Am I willing to travel?

Happily! If you know me, you know I love to travel. With family spread throughout British Columbia and Alberta, I frequent Dawson Creek, Vancouver Island, Kelowna and Calgary.

Where do I source my products?

Sourcing locally is important to us. The barn wood for the frames come from an old family building, cedar and spruce are of course Canadian and bought locally, my glass comes from a shop two minutes from our acreage, and the prints are done in a professional studio in Dawson Creek.
